In the process of purchasing a vehicle. Chris and Justin have been fair and professional thus far.nnUPDATE!! Picked up my 2015 RAM 1500 last Saturday. Absolutely love this truck. I got a great deal, and a decent trade in value, and so will you at WSM!! Chris and Justin had the exhaust completely redone for me to close the deal. Some say the prices are to high here, I say you get what you pay for. Once again, thanks guys.

Within the last week and a half I’ve tried going here 3 times for an inspection. The first time I was told everyone was on lunch break and they couldn’t inspect my vehicle. The second time I came back they told me the inspection system was down and I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me, “Yeah it didn’t work. But call us next time to make sure it’s up and running.” Today I called to confirm it was up and running and they said it was. I came in and nobody was at the front. I waited for 3 minutes, pressed the button for the bell, and waited another 5 minutes... NOBODY CAME TO THE FRONT. I watched all the employees on the cameras in the lobby and not one of them even came to the front to say, “Hey it will be a few minutes.” I’ve been coming to Washington Street for oil changes, inspections, and maintenance. But after these experiences, I’ll be going elsewhere. Very disappointing service.
