Raj was great. Was super professional helped us find the car we needed. Was so easy to work with and answered all the questions I had. Gave me the best price up front, which I was surprised because of all the past dealerships I have worked with, they always have to haggle you down. I love Quirk Jeep and I will be back soon when I return may lease to buy another. I appreciate you RAJ you are the best. Good luck to your son!

This is my second time buying from them. I got a fair shake from them. Gary and Quirk was able to work with me to get the vehicle I hoping to buy. There been other family members that have had good experiences buying from the Quirk dealership. It's definitely worth going out of your way to check them out.nUpdate 08/13/2020nMike, Jenn and Matt and the technicians thank you for the service you all provided.nBeen going to Quirk since 2011, any this latest experience with them. I would highly recommend them.nThis covid situation has interrupted supply chains everywhere and they're doing the best they can.

Disclaimer: This review is just for my brief visit to check out a Chrysler Pacifica.nnThe person who helped me was Jovan. He was very friendly, genuine and low stress. He took his time showing me the different features and chatting with me about the car. I felt welcome and the atmosphere was relaxed. I wish more sales reps could be as good as Jovan because it certainly made me want to give them my business.nnI've been to plenty of dealerships that try to hustle and prod you along and this was the opposite experience in a very nice way.

The staff is always friendly, and they usually greet you with a smile. I never had a bad experience however my last service I had done was 4 new tires. And once I got back to my car to see the tires there was white stuff all over my tires from the sealant. I felt let down because I just paid nearly 1,000$ for this. And the tires just looked like someone didn’t do their job to the best of their ability! However Yvette is super cool and even cleaned the wheels for me.nnBut the next day I went to the car wash and it blew out all the excess sealant that was between the rim and tire and my tires just look messy. So I would suggest the newbies get well trained on how to clean up properly especially when a customer spends that much money every detail matters in customer satisfaction. Other than that I love it there!

I am really upset at how Quirk Jeep treats their customers. I went there on Monday to have an oil change, a tire rotation, and an emergency brake fix. My emergency brake would instantly go on after putting my car in park this was a recent problem that had never happened before causing my car to rock back and forth. The man had told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my emergency brake and talked down to me as if I was a 20 year old girl who had no idea what I was talking about. After he realized that there was a legitimate error with the emergency brake it was then fixed. Later on I got a call from the service man saying that my car tires had no tread and my alignment was bad. He told me that I need to spend $800 for 4 new tires because the front two tires had no tread. I was in complete shock because my tires have been rotated consistently every 5,000 miles and I only have 24,000 miles on my jeep compass. If my tires were “rotated” like Quirk Jeep said they were I would not be needing new tires because factually new tires are needed at 40,000-60,000 miles. My service man only wanted to sell me $800 and did not care for anything other than trying to make a sale. I refused the tires and instantly made a call to the Quirk Jeep service manager the following morning and noticed that he was also forcing the $800 tires on me and did not want to listen to anything I had to say. This is unacceptable service. I did not feel appreciated nor understood by the service department and they definitely did not go anywhere near above and beyond to please me.
