I had a great experience at Quirk from beginning to end. The salesman Frank Went above and beyond and was very helpful with finding me a SUV That was within my budget and fit all of my needs . I would Definitely recommend Quirk- Pre owned Braintree for anyone looking for a new/used vehicle.

I went to Quirk thinking I would walk out just like I have done with the last 6 dealerships I have been to. I am excited to say I am driving a new car and loving it!!! no pressure sales man, answered all of my questions and listened to every detail that mattered to me. What a great experience I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Brendan Cox he was GREAT!!!

Absolute WORST experience I have EVER had buying anything, extremely unprofessional. They tried to manipulate me from the start because I was a young girl coming into their store. On the listing, I was told that the vehicle I was purchasing (A Jeep Wrangler) came with a soft top and a hard top, but they then informed me that the Jeep did not come with a soft top even though the listing says it did in several different places. After discussing this with them, they refused to adjust the pricing on the vehicle. After further negotiations and the signing of papers, I was promised that the car would be registered and ready for me to have 2 days later. A week after that, I still did not have my car after I put down a $5000 down payment and traded in a car. They then PROMISED me that I would have the car the following week and when it came to the day that I was supposed to get it, I had to wait again. It took them over 2 weeks to get me the car. They also made mistakes with paperwork several times and told me that I had to drive back up to their store to sign more papers when I live an hour away and asked them before I left if I was all set and if there was anything else that needed to be signed. I tried to cancel the sale due to all of these inconveniences, but was unable to do so. They also used cheap ways to get around doing little quick fixes which has now caused me to have to make proper repairs. Please save yourself the time and aggravation and go somewhere else!! Wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy!

Recently purchased my first car through Quirk Pre-Owned (had previously leased) and couldn’t be happier! My sales consultant, Christian Kieth, was excellent in finding me exactly the features I was looking for, and on a vehicle in my price range!nnHe even took the time to answer some of my questions on his day off so hats off to excellent service.nnI’m thrilled with my experience and will refer anyone I know in the car buying market to Quirk for their needs.nnThanks Guys!
