Brought my truck in for service and they took care of me right away. I am extremely pleased with the work Herb-chambers Ford has completed on my vehicle. The service team is very knowledgeable about there vehicle's and are able to diagnose the problem right away. They had me in and out all within the same day. Any time I need service I will definitely be bringing it there. Thanks a lot!!

Unfortunately Google doesn’t let you give zero stars but, Ford herb chambers tried to ruin my car and over charge me of repairs. I brought my car in for a ANOTHER recall on my Ford Escape and for an oil leak, a nail in my tire and a gas issue. After two days of having my car Ford completed the recall and told me they couldn’t find the nail in the tire and charge me $180 for a diagnostic and was telling me that repair would cost 1900 dollars. When I came to pick up my car I got no diagnosis report I had to call separately and asked for it to be sent to me because it was not given it to me upon my arrival they did not inform me about my battery showing weakness. Which was also very odd because the last time I brought my car there for yet another recall they stated that they gave me a new battery. And still after two days could not find a single nail in my tire, five minutes after pulling out the lot the low tire pressure light came on. After bringing my car to be repaired by a better qualified mechanic. He kept me fully updated on the repairs of my car and he let me know that there were screws that were loosened around my axle and overtime would have caused damage to my car which was not an issue until I brought it into Ford in Braintree. He also found a circular hole in my oil tubing which he said was not from wear and tear but just small enough for an issue. Also before bringing my car to Ford in Braintree I never had a problem with my gas tank and pumping gas but soon after I started experiencing issues while pumping gas. Which was stated to be fuel pressure sensor failure. I was completely dissatisfied with their work or lack of and unimpressed with their customer service. Definitely would not recommend this place to have your car serviced. Thank God for my repair man for being upfront and honest and not greedy. And for also finding the nail in my tire that I did not even tell him about because Ford said it wasn’t there.w

I recently purchased a car in February. A week later I had to bring the car back to the dealership because the light were not working.I called last Saturday to book an appointment for Wednesday because my backup camera was not working .When I get to the dealership they couldn’t find my appointment the receptionist told me that I would have to pay $100 deductible because I have warranty on the car up to 30k mile which was fine.nLater on she tell me that I don’t have any warranty And ask me to pay an additional $800 to replace my backup camera when I ask to speak to the person that sold me the car the sale manager completely disregard my requested and tell me that there is nothing they can do to help because the dealership is not responsible to fix the camera.nThis place is not really a friendly place at all they pressure me on buying the car make me sign stuff that no one took the time to explain to me.A month after buying the car I went over the dealership to talk to the person that sold me the car to go over the paper that I Signed but for some reason she did not wanted to talk to me. I’ll advise any woman of color not going to this place alone because they will take advantage of you and when you go to ask question they will deny you your right.

Take a good look at the car you are buying . I bought a used Ford Edge . Drove the car off there lot and stopped to look at car 10 minutes after leaving . Noticed the back rotors . Drove car back not a 1/2 hour after leaving . They took it to another location to look at rear brakes . Came back and salesman says that year just wears that way . We then took it to there onsite service dept. A service rep tells me they will wear correctly once i put some miles on them . I said you are wrong !! they put on new rotors and pads . After driving 800 miles front brakes started grinding and steering wheel was shaking . When i applied brakes at high speed . Brought it back for a 7am appointment . Finally at 8:45 they said we are replacing front brakes . Waisted time at dealership a little over 4 hours . Why would Herb sell me a car , that needed all 4 brakes replaced ?? BEWARE !! I wish i did not have to give them 1 star !!
