I had the best car buying experience at Good Brothers. We agreed to the price beforehand and I went in to sign everything at the end of the business day and I was out of there in about 30 minutes. We picked up our new truck after 1 full business day. The quickest, best car buying experience I have ever had. We looked into several different dealerships and received the best price through Good Brothers. I will definitely use them again when we are ready to buy a new truck.
The team here was very accommodating of my budget and interests. Their dealer fees are significantly lower than those of other local dealers and they're willing to work with customers on pricing. The staff was courteous and respectful, helping me to evaluate my options, while even staying past their closing hours one night. The straight-forward nature of their paperwork, negotiation, and buying processes is refreshing. Overall, this dealer is one of the easiest that I've worked with and I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new set of wheels.
I just leased my third Ram truck from Good Brothers because you are consistently treated with respect and like a member of the family when doing business there. I mainly have dealt with Sean & Gerry Good as well as Jack Hart. They remained in touch with me throughout Covid as my lease was due, and in handling my business recently I observed the workspace to be clean, employees wearing masks, and everyone observing precautions. I will be back for my next vehicle and highly recommend this family business to anyone in the market.
I had a terrific experience dealing with Pat and Jack at Good Brothers Dodge.nnI had found a vehicle that I very much liked online, but I was unable to get to Weymouth to see it in person.nnAlthough it was not how they normally operated, Pat offered to do a video tour and deliver the vehicle directly to me.nnThe video tour went well, we discussed minor cosmetic damage and Pat was completely transparent about what he could fix ahead of a sale and what I would need to live with.nnNegotiations were fair and equitable, and when we reached a final deal there weren't any additional surprises. What I wanted is exactly what I got.nnJack was thorough and helped handle all the purchase paperwork while providing guidance and suggestions along the way. He was very proactive and able to get everything completed in under a week.nnDelivery by Ron was smooth and right on time.nnOverall, this was a great experience. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, and understanding in what was an untraditional car buying process.nnI would absolutely use Good Brothers again.
