Great staff that works hard and the prices are very affordable
I went online and signed up a unit of a certain size and when we pulled in after a 3 hour drive to place our stuff in the unit after being told in an email that the unit was available I was told that sadly the unit i wanted was now not available. Then they tried to upsell me to a until that was twice the size of what i needed. Place is a joke and the person behind the desk acted like she could not care less. Needless to say we went down the road a ways to much better set up that was cheaper in the long run than dealing with these folks. i only gave them 1 star as it would not let me give them a half of a star, would not use them at all to be quite honest.
I was there for 3 years - in climate controlled unit. Good price, good service.
The lady I spoke to was really nice. She answered my question and didn't make me feel like an idiot.
We were with Kings Gate Storage for almost three years. Price was right and good service.
