Almost 3 hours wait for an oil change and a sticker? Seriously? And not any warning about the insane wait. Almost like that’s to be expected. No urgency. No apologies. No updates. Incredible poor customer experience. I’ve been going her for seven years for my service and the last few times have been utter disappointments. Not to mention how I got completely blown off when asking for help with some very minor body repair (which I was told was under warranty when I purchased at YOUR dealership) Kind of feel like I got scammed by YOUR sales department. Your sales talks a big game, but the service folks are really dropping the ball. I bought my second vehicle from you because how much I liked the service department. Now I would NO longer recommend your dealership based on my service.

Great overall service. From the time I drove up to the service bay, the representative who handled my appointment, the cashier and attendant who returned my vehicle. Toyota of Braintree's process for service is smooth, professional and reliable. I asked them to inspect my brakes and they reported that they were in good shape. That response just helps to build trust. How many repair shops would take that as an opportunity to sell a service I didn't need.

Friendly staff and cleanliness was good. So far my car repair was good and because my wait time was going to be over 2 hours, was taken to my client's office near by and picked up when my car was fixed. Great service.

In and out quickly. Dropped of my truck for 20k service. Right off the highway, they are easy to get to. Busy place but they are fast.

My wife and bought a 2020 Highlander with Samuel, Where both real happy with the purchase Samuel and Phil both awesome rep for Toyota of Braintree Samuel dues the car sales and Phil all the finances portion of it.nin addition three month today we brought a friend of ours in wish i did all the deals for him again with Samuel and was able to see Phil again, No doubt I went from being a Ford brat to a Toyota proud owner. Coming up next year Tacoma TRD Sport.
