I am quite pleased with the experience I had at the dealership. Tanner did an awesome job of showing me the cars as well as dealing with my financing options, and went out of his way to work with me. He found me a great car and I am happy about it. Will definitely purchase another vehicle at Tim Dahle Infiniti again. EDIT: Time and time again I am well taken care of at Tim Dahle. Especially Javier was one of the best service reps. He always makes sure my needs are addressed, and all of my concerns as well.

Alex was great at helping us find the best vehicle for us. We looked at a BMW X5 and it was so great but it had a few mechanical issues we couldn't fix at the time. Then he showed us a Chevy Tahoe that we fell in love with. We are so excited to drive home in it. We can see ourselves in this for quite a few years. Ask for Alex, he even helped with some gas and detailing before we left. Great guy

Alex was AMAZING. I communicated with him mostly through text about what I wanted, where I needed to be price wise as well as my trade in information for my lease. He was outstanding, very prompt, honest and insisted I take the car home to my husband and family before purchasing (2020 Infiniti Q50S). This was the most seamless process I've ever been through when buying a car. Initially I was dreading it, because who doesn't! Once I got back with the car, the paperwork was already being prepped and he had full service on my husband and I to get us out of there due to a commitment we had. Literally, got there at 6:30 and we were on the road in our new car at 8:13. That was reviewing all the apps to download on the phone, walk through of the inside of their facilities, reviewing the features on the car, allowing them to detail it, signing the loan papers and all! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Alex. His uncle assisted with the number crunching and there were two others that helped also with the loan processing and functions of the app on our phone, everyone was OUTSTANDING!

This was my first service on my vehicle and could not be happier. They did what was required and more. I was able to leave earlier then expected. Mike my service guy was fantastic. I truly hope Tim Dahle can maintain such high quality service. Going back for new tires when they have their September sale👍

This was my first time at Tim Dahle Infinity service department Javier was one of the best service reps I ever worked with at any dealer. He took his time to explain things to me. He kept me posted throughout the service on the ETA. I’m glad Javier is my new service rep. My car was also returned to me in immaculate condition. Cleaner than how I left it.
