4-3-21 4:30 pm came through drive thru ordered 2 fish sandwiches and two orders of onion rings. The young girl on the speaker couldn’t get it right. I had to tell her 3 times. Then she tells me they don’t have any fish sandwiches which they had advertised on the sign. So we ordered to Original hamburgers and onion rings. She tells me the total was $17.00. I get to the window and asked her if she got my order correct. Abruptly she yes! I again stated my order and asked if the amount was correct. I turned to ask my Mother if she still wanted the food. This young lady slams the window in my face and turned her back on me.. BAD SERVICE.....I will definitely not be back!!!

Service was a little bit slow... but that turned out to be a good thing because they were cooking our food fresh. Wife and I had the big roast beef and enjoyed it. Fries were better than the onion rings. Overall average+ experience

Save your money and skip this location! Just received the worst drive thru food I’ve ever ordered in my life.....from burnt cold brew coffee to a greasy soaked, rubbery chicken biscuit. Was already down the interstate or I would have taken it back and asked for a refund. Completely inedible.

Took too long and didn't get what I'd ordered. One of the things I look forward to when I get the Frisco Burger is its served on toasted bread. Yummy, buttered toast. They didn't bother. Just NOT the same!

Sat at that drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting for our order. I tried to call them to find out why it was taking so long, they didn't even answer the phone. Then I had to go back in because she didn't give us a receipt. Worse service we ever had there.
