Good food, slow service.
A consistently good Wendy's all around.
Service was good, the fries could have been a little hotter.
Google said the restaurant was three times busier than normal. Management's response to this was apparently to glare at everyone, avoid eye contact, and refuse to take out the trash. The entrees, when eventually received, were fine. The fries were probably fine when then we're cooked some time in prior 30-45 minutes. Employees, when finally caught by a direct request, were helpful enough. I did get the four spoons I asked for; however, I suppose it my fault for not specifying I wanted spoons in clean wrappers and not the ones from the bottom of the bin and covered in dried fruit sauces. My bad.
We waited in drive thru (it was easter) for over 20 min. I've worked fast food and was a store Mgr so normally I wouldn't complain but they would take one order at the speaker, wait til the order paid and left before taking the next. The girl told me to go ahead and order then cut me off and told me to wait, she asked what kind of drinks we wanted I said Dr pepper, we ended up with 2 cokes, food was good but service definitely needs work
