The girl with the shaved hair doesn’t listen when your ordering. She is completely rude , doesn’t greet customers. When you say thank you she says nothing in return and she got my order wrong . My suggestion hire someone with some personality and someone with manners that knows how to confirm orders before making it. Won’t be coming back here!!
They continue to “over make” the smoothie...and all of the supplements I paid for are left in the blender. (I mean I order a small smoothie and literally there’s enough to make another entire smoothie left in the blender). I guess it’s just time to start making my own at home. I’ll save money and actually get what I want AND what I paid for.
I love smoothie king but this location is always soooooo understaffed. The workers are usually always pleasant but I feel sorry for them. I’ve only ever seen 1 person working at a time.
The workers are kind & courteous to the customers. The atmosphere had always been clean before pandemic & still is. I luv it.
