I love this smoothie king.. everyone is so nice, friendly, smoothies are always great.

This is my FAVORITE location. My smoothies are always perfect!! The staff is very friendly and the manager is amazing.

Although this is the closest location to me, I will drive wherever I need to because this is the worst location I have ever been to. First, they NEVER answer the phone. If you make your way to the location and inform them they say it’s probably because you called close to closing. It doesn’t matter when you call, a lot of the time they won’t be busy and they will still NOT ANSWER. Second, I have an allergy, I state this every single time I place an order anywhere I am receiving fresh juice or smoothies. This location and only this location has given me a smoothie with things I am allergic to, after confirming my allergy. I gave them a second chance after discussing this with a manager. Lastly, the customer service is horrendous. The employees seem young but even some of the older employees lack professionalism, courtesy, attentiveness, and speed. Considering smoothie king is such a large company I can sadly say this location is a huge disappointment and it’s very frustrating. If this location is closest to you I would advise you to make the effort to drive a little further.

They have a great team of young people at this location. Always friendly and helpful. I've ordered online several times and my order has always been ready when I got there. They are also doing a good job with social distancing. Only 5 customers allowed in the store at a time, and all the employees wear masks and gloves. I will be back again soon.

Smoothie's are great, but this place feels a little chaotic. The music is too loud, the space is cramped. The order process seems to confuse people, and I'm not sure how or if any teamwork is happening.
