They waste your time instead of just making it simple and sending links via email or to your phone. No one should have to waste so much time and energy. No to mention they pass you around unprofessional!

I usually never write reviews; however, the level of service and professionalism exhibited by Jose Huerta in the Service Department warranted a great review. From my interactions in person and on the phone he was always kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He makes you feel valued as a customer and goes above and beyond to make sure he's looked at all options before providing a recommendation. You get the sense that he truly cares and wants you to have a good experience. He is looking to provide solutions that make sense for the customer and not ones that merely benefit the dealership, which has often not been the case in my experience with dealerships in the past. He is very proactive about providing updates and makes sure that he reaches out to me before I ever need to contact the dealership. When you're at the dealership it is noticeable that his team members enjoy working with him and that he brings a positive spirit to work every day. I have nothing but good things to say and hope he gets recognized for the excellent job he is doing and the customer-centric experience he provides.

Sergio at Tim Dahle Murray is the man!! I met Sergio through my work and when I finally found the vehicle I wanted he was so helpful and responsive to my phone calls and text messages. If anyone is looking for an honest, straightforward sales guy that will go above and beyond and take care of you more than you know then Sergio is your guy!
