So happy to have found this hidden jewel of a hair boutique. To begin with, Aurora's salon is so beautiful and peaceful with decor colors that just made me happy. Loved her personalized care and attention to detail. My hair looks gorgeous and is exactly the way I envisioned it. I can tell Aurora is proud of her artistry and truly enjoys her work (versus churning out client after client as is the case in many of the big salons.) Highly recommended!
I used a Groupon here and have been doing highlights and low lights my whole life. So I went and asked for the same and she turned my hair orange/yellow. When I mentioned this in the office she got very defensive saying that is what I asked for and said she could not fix it and if I wanted to fix it I would have to reschedule and then said the only way to fix it would to make it white/silver. I asked for then a refund and she said no and to have a beautiful day. I now have to pay someone else to fix her mistakes.Don’t waste your money or time.
Great service and the stylist are great with their clients. I now have a regular stylist who is fantastic. When I first showed up and showed her a picture of what I wanted, she replicated the picture exactly and she is just pleasant to be around. The atmosphere and so edgy and comforting. I love coming here and so glad to finally find a stylist that knows what I want and give advice.
