The female with the green hair just rude. She sitting there talking to a Target employee instead of moving faster to take care of us customers in line so 3 people in front of me walked off because she’s not paying any attention to the customers and also they seem to never have caramel or Starbucks cups
Always a good go-to spot for my caffeine fix. However, I have to deduct a star, as they no longer prepare dark-roast coffee after 11am at any of their locations. Bummer.
I prefer the Starbucks at Barnes and noblenThere's also one in the Target. To ne honest there are seven in this area within a mile apart
When I tell you Dwayne is the most welcoming barista I’ve encountered in 30 years, I’m not lying. Someone please give this man his own coffee shop so the world can benefit from his positive attitude
The worst customer service I have ever experienced on top of the worst Frappuccino I have ever purchased. If I was not raised with manners, the little tiny dude with the ponytail would have gotten snatched. He was rude and condescending. When I came back for a refund for awful drink, he harassed me and tried to refuse. The manager had to come and complete the transaction. NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS LOCATION!
