I’ve been a couple of times and most I’ve had great interactions with the staff.nOne time sometime in the fall of 2019, a staff member yelled at me for not drinking my tea correctly while trying to leave the store. I didn’t know I needed instructions how to drink bubble tea. What if I liked to drink it in my own way? Loose the attitude.nUsually the service is fast and the drinks are kinda of sweet, some workers skimp you on the boba pearls and some are generous.
I go here bout once a week -- great atmosphere and even better service.
Love this place! I have to stop to get my boba fix. So many choices of flavors and toppings. My favorite is the taro smoothie with a coffee jelly.
This is a cute boba tea shop and I think if you live in the surrounding area it's really convenient. The guy who took our order was very nice but it was clear we had never been there before and he didn't bother explaining how to customize our order. The tea was good but didn't taste better than another other boba tea place I've been to. They did get our drinks out to us very fast which was great.
