McDonald's

Went by this location to give them another try today. Spotty service and accuracy at best on previous visits. Today I ordered a 6 count kids nugget meal with BBQ sauce, apple slices and a sweet tea, two regular hamburgers with lg fries and lg coke. No customer service skills from the person taking my order or money. Acted as if she hated to be there. The girl who handed us the food didn’t say a word even when I asked her how she was doing. She was very unfriendly. Should have known to check the order before leaving. Got home with no BBQ sauce, no apples, one straw, and the lg fries looked like they could fit into a small container. These people really believe that they deserve $15/hr. Would rate a zero based on this visit alone.

Wait, wait, and wait some more ! 2 years later update. Must be same management.nice folks but prepare to wait a bit, and then wait longer

Fast, fresh clean and friendly. Food was special ordered but still prepared and received in record time, made exactly to order, drinks were perfect not too much or too little ice, gave perfect amount of condiments and napkins. Staff was cheerful and friendly, loved our visit and look forward to our next opportunity to visit when passing through.

I don’t ever complain or put a review out on a place because I understand things happen but this is the last time we will ever give this McDonald’s a chance or our money! We live right down the road and wanted to give our daughter a special surprise with a kids meal and we couldn’t even complete our order because the manager... let me repeat the MANAGER!!! Had an attitude that came out of nowhere. Both lanes were open so we went to one of them and when we noticed the cars on the other line just kept ordering we said hello to make sure the one we were at was open and she yelled back just a minute. That’s fine we waited then cars kept going through so we said hello again and she replied “have a nice day” confused as to why we still didn’t have our order taken we went in and the manager was the most unprofessional “child” is the only way I can explain it I have ever dealt with in that position. This is the last time we will go to this McDonald’s no matter how convenient it is. This place will continue to fail with bad attitudes and all around horrible food! You would think the menu tasted the same but I guess it really does depend on who is working their. All the other times before with bad attitudes were over looked but this was the last straw and mostly because my 7 year old daughter had to witness this bad behavior! I wish I could give a ZERO that’s how DISGUSTED I am!

I went through the drive through and I asked if I could get a strawberry banana smoothie she said that she didn’t. So then I asked if I could get a Slushy and said i gave that either she was laughing not being professional at all.nnAnd then got my daughter order wrong my order wrong and refused to fixing it.nnYou would think at all the bad reviews that y’all have maybe you will get new management and new people working there.... I guess when you don’t have customers at all and you run them off you will do something about it.nnAny of the managers that are there are not professional at all...maybe that’s where you need to start....
