Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch

System error put my cash deposit on hold at the ATM. Totally useless and incompetent employees here. Not great listeners, and even worse at even trying to fix on of their errors. This is why I go to Citizens at Weymouth Stop &Shop!

I am having some troubles with my account I called the citizens bank the manager at supermarket branch absolutely no help at all. She couldn't wait to get my of the phone very rude I just opened this account two weeks ago and I opened one for my child too I am regreting it already if this is the type of service they offer no thanks

Friendly and efficient staff!

I usually go to this branch and have no issues but they are misinformed and don't know correct information on cashing checks! The manager and a woman proceeded to tell me I couldn't cash out my lottery ticket I had to wait 24 hours for it to post and I had to only be able to take out the amount of funds that was in my account at the time. I then proceeded to leave the store and go to the Citizens Bank in the same Plaza not the supermarket Branch but the regular branch where I had absolutely no problem cashing the check if you're in the Stop & Shop Plaza and your Citizens Bank member do not visit the supermarket branch they arent as informed as the regular Citizens Bank branch. I tried to tell the supermarket Branch three times I have won the lottery a month or two ago and the woman at the supermarket Branch cashed it out for me before with no problem so I knew that you can cash a government check there and I said I cashed it in here before and they didn't take my word for it and they didn't look into it I asked the manager to look into it and he said he couldn't....terrible for customer service. I wanted to walk back in and put the money in my bank right after cashing it from the other bank but that would have been too much of a hassle just to prove to them that I knew what I was talking about instead I decided to write a review which I never do but this made me very angry I'm with a four-year-old and I don't have time to go Bank hopping because of some ill-informed teller! Youve got to be kidding me. Even the woman at the regular Citizens Bank said that I was absolutely right and most times the supermarket branches aren't as informed. Being right didnt make me feel any better. I want those two enployees and anyone else working there to be informed and to know they were wrong.
