I recently placed an online order for a smoothie at this location. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have my order. Andrea (who appears to be the owner?) then tells me that I will need to order again and pay. I was told that if I wanted to get a refund I needed to contact the online app. When I asked what the number was for a refund, Andrea told me she didn't know and then basically walked away. I calmly explained that I have already ordered and I just wanted my smoothie or a refund. In return, I got a blank stare. I had to do some searching for the corporate number. I called and I was told that they would pass along my complaint to the management team at that location and the location would contact me to issue a refund... That's right, probably going to have to wait for Andrea to contact me back about the refund that she has already told me she won't process... Unbelievable. I love smoothie king and I've been to several great locations. This is certainly not one of them. I would avoid going here and definitely don't place an online order.

I recently came into the store and purchased two smoothies. I ordered a pineapple surf with no dairy whey, as I am allergic. Upon receiving my order, I tasted the dairy whey. So I went back to the store to express my concern and was refused to have my order remade as “they did not add the dairy”. I again reiterated that I can taste it and they still refused to remake the smoothie (which is their policy for customer satisfaction). I am heavily disappointed in the response to my allergies as it can be life threatening. Also, the employee who denied my request, was not wearing a mask while making my “food” in a global pandemic. Would not recommend-staff is rude and not very knowledgeable about company policies.

We come here after every lift. They are nice polite and this place is simply bomb!! SMOOTHIE KING 4 Life!

I came in the store today around 8:30pm. Stood in line for 10 minutes without an acknowledgement from the staff that I was here. A simple “Hey we will be with you in a min” will suffice to help ease your customers frustration when waiting. Sadly said this was not my my first experience like this at this location.
