The smoothies are good, customer service sucks. Never get a greeting, sometimes there’s only 1 person working & there’s like 8 people waiting. This location def needs to do better.

Why do I insist on coming to this location ud83dude21 Promise this is the last time. The online orders are never on time and today she said she didn't get my order. I showed her the receipt and the time it should have been prepared and they worked with all the other incoming orders as if mine wasn't already late and unprepared ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21nnI literally waited over 35 extra minutes for an order that was placed online. I gave 30 minutes to prepare it, there's no reason I should have waited an extra 35 minutes once I arrived. An order placed at 12:17 to pick up at 12:45 was still not ready at 1:25. I just got a refund after disputing it with the employee. 40 minute wait for no smoothie. Yeah, I'm never going here again.

I've driven there on two occasions when they say they're open only to find it's closed. Since then whenever I want a smoothie I call first to see if anyone answers the phone before I waste a trip. Not one day has anyone answered the phone. I'll have to find a new location and drive further out. Sad

All three employees are wearing airpods. One of them has his entire phone out watching feedback from a football practice or something. I’ve seen two people walk out since I’ve been here. No one can get the coupons to scan correctly. It’s been a half hour and they haven’t even started on my order. I’ve patronized other locations for years but I would never come back here. I’d hate to see this place on a Friday. Do better.

Ok Sooooo..... I’ve held out on reviewing for nearly a yr but honestly I can’t anymore. I come here frequently. This is the only smoothie king that my online orders don’t go through to & even with proof that’s it’s paid for and the order was placed, I’ve been told I need to repurchase. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Secondly I’ve never had to wait 30 mins for a smoothie. They typically have several workers and still the wait is long. Some of the employees leave it to other employees to do a majority of the work instead of helping the process move along quicker. And LASTLY this is my third time noticing gloves aren’t worn. When dealing with food, globes should’ve be worn. I try to be understanding because these are teenagers but something has to change!
