Young person at counter was not familiar with what I ordered (meatball bake). Another young person patiently and politely showed him how to enter. Both were patient and kind to me. Food was as it always is, fast food italian. Not fancy, but good.
Clearly it’s my own fault. I saw the reviews and pictures and knew I shouldn’t have gone yet I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went anyway. Saturday I went to a Marcos (another location) and ordered a crustless bowl light sauce extra cheese it was delicious. Sunday I came to this location and ordered two the same way. I got the opposite ( extra sauce and light cheese)and and ended up with 20 dollars worth of meat soup.
Great pizza
I have been a loyal customer of this Marcos for a very long time, but based on my terrible last experience and a couple before that, I will no longer support this company. Poor service, poor quality, and ridiculous prices are a few reasons for my decision. This is a true disappointment
I love this restaurant! They have superb meals, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that restaurant is a real authority in the kitchen, I love a lot trying all their food. The dishes are always of high qualtity, the service towards the guests is nice. I often eat in this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I recommend this place.
