Horrible customer service. Never received order. Placed order at 5:30, called restaurant at 6:15 to follow up since they close at 7. Was assured that order was on the way. Called back at 6:50 and was told order was delivered and sitting outside. It wasn’t. The order tracker was never even updated to “Delivered/Complete” status. Was still on the phone with restaurant when I went checking outside and they were rushing me off the phone since they were closing. Half heartedly offered refund.

I LOVE Jimmy John’s. This location is really just not up to par with the brand. It took them over 2 hours from the time of order to deliver 2 sandwiches!!! Freaky slow. This isn’t the only poor experience I’ve had with this location, but it’s probably the worst and will definitely be the last time I go here.

Train wreck. One hour and no delivery. Excuse was busy. Guess they are only good if no ones ordering. Don’t bother. Better off eating twigs and bark versus ordering from this place. Any other sub shop is a smarter choice.

Love this location! Super friendly staff and great sandwiches. Extra shout out to the two women working at 5pm the night before Thanksgiving with smiles on their faces. Your kindness made my day brighter!

I went to this location in the Vinings. The employee name Jay provided great customer service. She was kind and very patient with me ordering my subs. Once we arrived home got settled and got a chance to eat, the subs were made perfectly and sooo delicious just like we wanted! We will definitely be back to this location. If I could give a 10, I would.
