I arrived at this location approximately 7:30pm . There were 3 cars ahead of me awaiting to place their orders. The staff served one of the cars ahead of me and it took the entire 30 minutes to serve that one customer. I thought we would receive a courtesy, but instead the staff member said we are closed. I advised him we were in line 30 minutes before closing time. He show no apathy for the customers. I advised him thatnhe was unprofessional. His expression showed me that he didn't care about the customers. This is a reflection on the company. Please train these employees to appreciate the customers. No customers business close down, no business no pay check. A lot of business were forced to close due to colvid.

Five stars for entertainment. Zero stars for product. I’ve been here twice, and left twice...empty handed. Not sure what the employees are doing. They certainly aren’t taking orders and selling smoothies.

Stood outside trying to order two smoothies waited for over 15 minutes nobody came to the window or acknowledged us. They only came to the pickup customer when another customer walked up because they gave them the wrong smoothies. Ignored me and another person who was also waiting and continued to make smoothies for drive through. Awful customer service. Never coming back. I’ll just go to tropical smoothie cafe. More expensive but at least I won’t get ignored. ud83dudc4eud83cudffc

Consistently rude service. Very long line, waited twenty minutes when I got to the order speaker the guy (the same one who was rude to me a week ago, after a twenty minute wait at the call box without ordering I finally left)nnThe guy said, “Ma’am we are only accepting cash.”nnI said, “what? I waited twenty minutes, why didn’t you at least put up a sign.”nnHe said, “Ma’am, only cash”nnI said, “is that safe with COVID.”nnHe said, “Ma’am only cash.”nnI said, “What is going on”nnHe said, “Cash”nnIt was the same man that was rude a week ago. It is obvious he is providing bad service so that less people come and he can work less. This place really, really, needs someone that cares about selling product. Right now, the staff’s goal is to not be bothered. I’ve tried to buy a smoothie here twice this week, and I am still unsuccessful.

Ive never been to this location and the line not b wrapped! It has never affected the morale of this store. Store manager James is a treasure to not only the company, but our location. His customer service, kindness and professionalism is something that he clearly imparts on His team.
