Hands down the worst Starbucks I've been too... they do not abide by mall hours. Opening late and closing early. Will be dishonest about being out of things so they don't have to make it. Customer service is not the best at all.
I have visited this Starbucks a countless number of times and I must say, the last couple of time I went, I have been VERY pleased. My favorite barista is Aisha. She greets customers in a warming, welcoming manner. She is very patient and makes my drinks PERFECT! 5 stars well deserved!!
I like getting coffee at Starbucks in the mall. I use the free WiFi in the mall and like to stretch my legs by walking through the mall
I went there during the buy one get one free event a few weeks ago and despite the hectic environment, the workers stayed calm, cool, and collected. The manager working was extremely helpful in leading her staff and I will totally be coming back. Great service overall!
