This Starbucks was amazing! When I entered the store all of the staff stopped and said hello and asked how are you. They were extremely friendly. When I ordered my pastries and drink it came out super fast and I was in and out in less than five minutes. And everything was delicious. Thank you so much Starbucks we need more Starbucks like this! This staff deserves a raise they were amazing!

This Starbucks is always 5 Stars ud83cudf1f. I can tell the manager treats her employees very well by the way she treats me. She remembers peoples names...always. I love to see the same faces. She has to have low turn over. I NEVER have to wait for my drink EVER. They do the sweetest thing when they have time and personalize the cups. When I'm having a sad day I can always count on seeing my cute Starbucks cup and their smiling faces to greet me and say welcome in. They are all so kind there. Please make sure as a company you show your gratitude to this staff. They are excellent every single day and I go twice a day. They NEVER GET MY DRINK WRONG. Thank you Starbucks at CHEROKEE & SHILOH. YALL ARE THE BOMB ud83dudca3. OH--- STARBUCKS CORP...IVE BEEN DRINKING THE DOUBLE SHOT ON ICE FOR OVER 10 YEARS- BRING IT BACK. PLEASE.

The lobby was full! No sense of urgency. The Barista doesn’t work in timely matter walking and making drink like they have all day. The African American manager with the glasses and braids/dreads need to adjust her attitude and need more training in the moment on customer service skills. With this pandemic going on ppl need to realize without customers you don’t have a PAY CHECK!

Used to be my favorite Starbucks since it was close to the house & convenient. Apparently post-pandemic this place is a mess. The hours change almost weekly, if they honor the hours they post at all. I guess they want to lose customers & business smh.
