Been here twice on two separate occasions and both times I was waiting 15+ minutes for an order as simple as just fries. Service level needs a ton of work and improvements . This location really needs to step up their game in being much systematic, fluid and adaptable to a large influx of cars/people. Also, there is not a customer focused orientation and a willingness to step up to the demand and get orders taken up front for drivers waiting.

Didn’t shut the second lane down but only bothered to respond to the first lane and completely ignores the second lane. Lost my business to Taco Bell.nnEdit: tried going again and ended up waiting 20 mins in line. When I got to the window they had to ask what my order was then gave me my cold food. I think someone ordered something that took a while and they just decided to let the whole like wait rather than have that person pull forward. Shouldn’t be that slow and backed up at 1 am

The service is better than it was 5 years ago. Staff is actually attentive and enjoyable. It's McDonald's so you know what you are getting but they deliver a better product than other locations

Thee BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve had at a McDonald’s in a very long time! Was fast, accurate, and very nice! Thanks workers for making me feel like a valuable customer! Will definitely visit again when I’m in this area of town ud83dudc4fud83cudffdud83dudc4dud83cudffd ud83cudf5f were hot and fresh as well!

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and offered fast service. I would definitely eat here again!!
