The lattes here used to be bold and flavorful and now it’s an absolute hit or miss, every time I go there I don’t know if I’m gonna be wasting almost 6 dollars on a latte or not. More than half the time it taste like I’m just drinking hot water with a hint of espresso. This only started happening within the last few months but their lattes are not what they used to be and it’s not just this location it’s a few others in the Metro Atlanta area. Taking my business locally.
I came to this Starbucks to pick up my mobile order and have been in this line for over 20 minutes, not to mention there's only 2 cars in front of me and we haven't moved!! Starbucks usually gives good customer service, but this one, absolutely not.
Great place when you actually catch them open. The business hours online hardly reflect the hours they’re actually open. They’re closed completely on random days/hours.
I love Starbucks but this location is consistently super slow! I understand this area may garner heavier traffic than most but my goodness. Y’all gotta figure something out!
Very busy location and they handled it so well! Having worked in food service I know how stressful it is when there is a full drive through and lobby but they all the baristas were both efficient and kind!
