Amazon - Milford

Amazon needs to address the issue of full size 53’ tractor trailers trying to access Wood street in Milford. This has happened about 10 times in the past week at all times of morning and night, and they have destroyed both of my neighbor’s mailboxes. I am writing this after the most recent incident at about 11:30 PM, not long after the last one at 10 PM tonight, Last time it woke me up at 4 AM. It’s only a matter of time before you destroy my stone wall. The distribution center on Industrial road is on the other side of town, and there is absolutely no access to national street (the new distribution facility where the bottle factory used to be) from Wood street. When I called the police to request a detail to back the driver out on to busy rt. 140 (right near the hospital where ambulances are constantly driving by) they informed me that this is a re-occurring problem due to your freight drivers’ gps routing them to Wood street. Again, amazon needs to address this issue immediately before someone gets hurt or worse. Especially since my neighbors and I are prime customers... Honestly, all of the activity associated with both Amazon distribution centers in Milford is frankly, downright irresponsible. I chatted online with John Anthony from Amazon Customer support, who assured me Amazon would work to resolve this. As I told John Anthony, my wife and I will be attending the next town meetings to express our concerns to our community.

Herb.... decided today he was going to kick my dog. When confronted about it he denied it until I informed him that my property has covered in cameras. Then, Herb decided to tell me that he was aware that my wife complained about him in the past. I called amazon customer service and got absolutely no where twice now. I tried to call this facility to formally complain to Herb’s manager and the number doesn’t work.

My order was listed as out for delivery at 6am. I live half an hour from Milford in Mansfield. I did not receive an email advising my order would not be delivered until after 3pam. Now I have to do the work I planned to do today tomorrow. I understand there are delays but how do you become unable to deliver my package when it was out for delivery at 6am and I am only half an hour (tops) away? Amazon doesn't have a customer service department and the FB page (Trent N) is of absolutely no help. The drivers I've dealt with are wonderful but the company is total garbage.

Please call me regarding your delivery driver Amy. Please also let her know it is NOT law that you can not come into my building and i NEVER ASKED THAT AND she is not an attorney, she is a delivery driver, please note that I have the entire chat that I have saved. She was extremely rude to me and hung up on me, She then kept my package which means she stole it and I would like a call from your delivery service please..She I DID NOT deliver to the correct address and I DID NOT advise I wanted her or anyone else to come back today, she was mad at me that I told her she was incorrect (and also at the incorrect place) and SHE decided to leave and I am disabled and IZ told her that.
