We are extremely happy with Pool Pals. I contacted them via email for the first time in April. I got a reply from Matt not even 15 minutes later! Scheduling was very easy. They came to open my pool when they said they would. Pool was opened on a Friday. It was clean and ready to use by Monday! They were here 3x in 4 days to ensure my pool was clean and ready to use in the shortest time possible. My pool has never been so clear. Andrew was also very professional and did an excellent job! He even placed the pool cover back in the shed when it was dry, something I did not expect him to do. I have full confidence that they will continue to do an excellent job during their weekly visits and highly recommend them.
Pool Pals has been proactive and highly responsive at all of the right times. They have managed our pool entirely and there has never been an issue that they haven't addressed immediately. I have been happy with all of the equipment purchases through them, the installation was well-coordinated, on time and as described. Could not recommend them highly enough.
We have been using Pool Pals for two years for opening, closing and service issues. Their service has been outstanding, as they do a great job with their services, and are very forthright when going over new equipment with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring services for their pool.
Matt and his team are both professional and personable. They went above and beyond to get our new liner installed in time for our daughter’s graduation party! Need to give Justin a shout out too. He did an awesome job.
Wow! Totally exceptional service. Needed urgent help with our pool and Matt's response was immediate and he worked a miracle on our pool. It looks amazing, the turnaround time was unbelievable and his cost was very fair. I wouldn't consider anyone else now. Thank you!!!
