Brad at Guardian has been BEYOND helpful for my move from Wisconsin to Massachusetts. From the very first time I called about 6 months ago to now, this branch has been incredibly honest with me about cost, what I would probably need for long-term storage, AND worked to find me the best deal. They were responsive, clear, and KIND every step of the way, and that's tough to find with storage and moving companies. I'll be using their truck rental service to move my items from the storage unit to my new apartment because I feel like I've had the pleasure of working with my own family the entire time. Pay your bill on time or you will be charged all kinds of fees. And DON’T leave a credit card on file because Brad will automatically charge it without your permission. Luckily Dean Bank in Franklin reversed the charges, and notified them that it is illegal to do that without permission from the card holder first. Note that sometimes life gets in the way, like unemployment, and financial hardships, etc. and you want to pay on time, but unfortunately you cannot, but that doesn’t make you a bad person. Wealth isn’t everything people.
