Although the store front presentation needs to improve and view of staff in order to show clean and sharp. (I.e., well presented uniforms, hairnets, greeted upon entry); The staff I've encountered are usually friendly once attended, quick and the pizza seems to be consistent on rotation as I haven't received one that was too old in the warmer. It's one of the local Little Caesars locations I prefer to go to.

Worse pizza I’ve ever had! I was remiss in not looking at the pizzas before I took home. Both pizzas were burnt beyond recognition

Should have zero stars ... Ordered online and supposed to be ready within a time frame in future which is fine because it was a large order. Upon arrival there was a huge line, empty portal, no food in portal and no acknowledgement of the customers other than the one being served. Left and tried to call 10 times with no answer. Finally got someone to answer and asked they have my order ready when I come in so I can grab and go it was already paid for and should’ve been ready at this point 20 mins ago... come in - again no acknowledgment, wait in absurdly long line again. Ask for management. Manager doesn’t apologize or anything or offer any thing for the time wasted and now food that had been sitting around. Horrible horrible service.

Gave me the wrong food...again. I ordered the italian cheesy bread and got a mini pizza. Not even remotely close to the correct item. They are absolutely disgusting inside and have roaches. will never be back to this location again.

This place is actually terrible lmao. I came well over my pick up time and still waited over 20 mins for the wings. After asking about it she proceeds to tell me the wings were done and she just needs to box it. This entire time she was standing around not doing much of anything. She also wasnt wearing a mask and was coughing in the air. Id suggest finding another location or better yet find another chain.
