The hair dresser Ms. Sims is not qualified to do hair. She either does not know how to do it or just doesn’t want to be there. She does NOT care for your hair. She had long nails, and was scrubbing harshly on my scalp. She was not thoroughly combing through the knots in my hair, Instead she just yanked it repeatedly and didn’t even get them out. Once she started to blow dry my hair, she just started to yank the knots again until they came out causing me to get a headache. Not only that but she didn’t even fully dry my hair so she had to go back and dry it while she was using the flat iron. She was more gentle with the flat iron, however my hair isn’t has straight as it could be. This was a very horrible and tbh traumatizing experience for me.
