Terrible staff, always forgets my sauce, the food is always so greasy, and the staff is just terrible. I dread dealing with them when I have pizza hut cravings. This pizza hut is an embarrassment and the employees solidify this truth further.
This store has a habit of ignoring orders places 2 hours before closing and even if the phone is called will ignore it if it does pick up they refuse to acknowledge that someone is on it continuing to talk to themselves
I ordered my pizza at 6:15 and still no pizza. I have called twice. First time he said driver is 5 minutes out...2nd time he said the driver caught the train. That was almost 20 minutes ago. I'm never ordering from here again. Hope I get my pizza tonight
This place is awful. I called an order around 7:30pm....and 8:20pn my order still wasn't ready. Not to mention that they didn't give me any dipping sauce. Out of everything....JUST BAD SERVICE ALL AROUNDnThe only good thing was the young man who tried to listen. Will not return to this location.....DO BETTERnAnd I only received 6 wings...lol
I ordered large meat lover stuff crust pizza and chicken Alfredo the driver call me back I'm at hotel room 102 and said I had to walk to the front of the hotel not knowing if I was disabled or on witness protection program when my pizza was already paid for on my credit card I will call another delivery company next time who doesn't fear for their safety ud83dude05
