I have always loved the stylish professionalism shown at this salon. It is an upscale salon that makes you feel at home and comfortable. Both owners (Eric and Ladonna) are quality and masters at what they do!
I've been to this salon in the past 3 different times, last time being about 2 years ago (Kenosha was my stylist last time). The salon is very nice, relaxing, they use top of the line products and are very friendly. The ambiance is nice and it gives an upscale feel. I was instructed on how to maintain my hair and given different tips by both stylists (Tavi/Kenosha). As of LATELY, smh. I've called 3x trying to schedule an appointment, left 3 messages with the owner and no1 ever calls me back, I understand I'm probably JUST another customer but at least return my call and tell me something... obviously if I've called numerous times, I am in need of an appointment. I liked this establishment because they specialized in treating natural hair but now I'm looking for somewhere else.
