A huge hit or miss. Breakfast is usually consistently good (except the biscuits which are always dry), dinner and lunch can be really good or really bad. One day they made a delicious roast turkey and the next day the shrimp fried rice was like mush and disgusting. One more thing, WHY do they start making lunch at 9:30 in the morning?!? It’s morning and I want breakfast damit! I walked in at 9:30 one morning and they were literally flipping burgers!! Staff are nice though, the lady who runs the cash register in the morning and afternoon always greets everyone
Not only is SCAD stupid hard if you're just a normal kid from public school where your district spends millions on H.S. Football but cant provide working pencil sharpeners, but the food is awful! I and a couple others I know got food poisoning from the Cafe.
The food is ok but it is a toss up on quality. The cups are always broken and there is a good chance it will leak all over the table. Very small portions. Some of the staff have an attitude but some are really nice and fun to talk to. Just depends on what time and day you go.
Great place for freshman to start out, and probably the most secure in SCAD along with Turner House. Bad neighborhoods if you go west behind it. Take showers at night if you want warm water.
There's always a pretty good spread here. One time I had a pizza that had berries on it and it was one of the most experiences I've ever had. Just can't get experiences like that anywhere else. Be wary of those who complain of food poisoning.
