I recently watched The Foods That Made America. This Pizza Hut is the reason why they are losing the pizza wars. When you call to order a pizza 30 minutes before they close and they refuse delivery, they just lost $50 of revenue. Seriously, I was able to order on the Dominos app and had no problem. Tried the Pizza Hut app, which failed, called, and they basically told me to go ef myself for delivery. Both places close at the same time, Dominos said bring it on Pizza Hut said we're going to bed. Yep, Pizza Hut, you are going to bed. At the beginning, you were thr champs..the best in the business. Once Dominos started delivering, you copied their business model to compete. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you do the same in regards to accepting orders for delivery until.you ACTUALLY close. Otherwise, you will be out of business.

Called to place an order stayed on hold for 10 minutes finally just hung up. When I got to the place there was only one guy working and he was very busy. So I told him I am not going to add to his problems and told I would be going to Papa John's.

Only pizza that we would like from Pizza Hut is their BBQ Beef pizza . I call and they say it’s a 2 hr wait for delivery. Then they say they don’t have BBQ beef - they shouldn’t have it on menu if they don’t keep stuff to make it. I’m so disappointed they should just close their doors !!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an awesome experience. Customer service and the food was excellent. It took a bit longer however the food was amazing and hot so that made up for the time it took. Just moved to Villa Rica and will definitely be going back there.
