I had Keisha cut and relax my hair. I was only partially pleased with the outcome. Once I had straightened out my hair at home I had realized that it was extremely uneven and choppy so I texted her the next day and she called me back. Instead of being able to come to a solution she tried to guilt trip me by saying she charged me less than she should of and she told me that I didn’t know what I want. When I tried to be honest with her about my feelings and told her that I didn’t want her to cut my hair again she called me a disrespectful child. We couldn’t even move past that point because she continued to yell. I eventually had to hang up on her because of the disgusting way she was acting. Her behavior was very unprofessional and unacceptable for a business owner. She doesn’t know how to resolve her problems.
The place itself is okay; could use some decorative upgrades. BUT my stylist more than make up for that! If you don't mind a place that is not that aesthetically appealing, then I would definitely go there and see my stylist T. If I were writing the review about her, it would get 5 stars all the way around!
Live Keisha! She is fun and very personable. Extremely knowledgeable and great at her job.
