Starbucks would normally get a five star review from me but this Starbucks is never open during normally business hours and they don't update their website for this store to reflect that. I have been there 4 times in the last two weeks and the paper taped to their drive through menu says we are sorry our store is temporarily closed. How about updating your website so people don't waste their time and gas coming to your store.
The hours at this location changes more than the weather. Before heading to the store I did a Google search to identify the closing time. The search indicated the store closed at 8 pm and it was updated by the business 2 weeks ago. I get there and to my surprise, the drive thru was closed. The note on the door listed the closing time as 5 pm Monday through Friday.
They are short staffed and always busy. I have yet to get my drink correct the first time. They are nice but definitely need help.
i was given birthday rewards but the store is closed too early and they expire at 2:35AM ... so that is very insulting and rude. i love Starbucks but this is like they don't care about me. ☹ufe0f
The lady at the window (her name started with a J) was seriously the nicest ever!! a great experience, i’ll be back!
