Ordered four hash browns and a cinnamon roll for my co-worker and I. They gave me the hash browns, however, forgot about the cinnamon roll. I went inside and waited 20 minutes for 1 cinnamon roll before I just left. That is the level of customer service of this mcdonald's. F.Y.I. I was the only customer in the waiting area.

I normally only give good reviews, but this was a horrible experience. Fries were so salty that clumps of salt fell out of our containers. Had to wait on the food in a parking spot but the nuggets were not even fresh. The tea was so sweet we couldn't drink it. My daughter's nuggets had a hair in them! I feel like the 40 dollars it cost us was a complete waste of money and we won't eat at this one again ever

It was ok... 3 stars ain't bad. There is just room for improvement. Food could have been fresher. I got my food quickly though in the drive through so I know those folks were working fast. I will say that my food was not cold or stale. Just not hot... I guess you can't expect that much from a fast food chain. I guess that's why it will be a long while before I give my money to a McDonald's again...n3 stars were generous here as well.

Food was fresh, hot & decent wait time. If I do have a problem, they fix it right away. Staff is friendly & they will do the best they can.

Had a very bad experience here multiple times but gave them another chance because things do happen! I’ve spoke and texted with a manager for WEEKS about them charging me $22.00 for a $3.00 happy meal and has yet to refund me my money or make things right after TWO MONTHS!! I have the charges on my bank statement and he claims he’s been out since and hasn’t been back to the store! I will NEVER EAT AT THIS Place AGAIN! You don’t over charge someone and not refund them then sell them COLD FOOD ud83eudd2ethey need new management and employees!
