I only do work around this area but it is one of my favorite places on our local work route. I always take a moment after we are done to explore somewhere. The trails and the area look very well kept, and it being somewhat tucked away keeps it feeling very quaint

Great trails for running and light hiking. There are wild blueberries and mushrooms you can forage, and the wild life is varied and beautiful (foxes, coyotes, deer, rabbit, hawks). Parking is free but extremely limited. You pass by sparsely placed homes and the entrance gives off the impression that you're intruding. Not as great as it could be for that reason. There is also open hunting season, so be careful to wear bright and conspicuous clothing
