No complaints from a basic chain pizza chain. Food was hot and ready on time. Easy pickup and got to see a girl use a power drill in the back stir sauce in a bucket. Dinner and a show!
They are only getting a two star rating because I normally order online(which is always correct). I called in this time because I was close by. I asked for 2 extramostbest stuff crust pepperoni pizzas and a side of crazy sauce. Upon arrival I was charged a few dollars more than usual which isn't a big deal. I was handed my pizza and then told that they were out of crazy sauce. I asked if they would give me a jalapeño cheese dipper to replace which they did. I get home and my pizza has no pepperoni on it! If this is chain owned or franchise you should make it up to your customer.
I've never been to a pizza place that said they ran out of dough and couldn't make pizza or cheesy bread. On a Saturday night at 7pm. That's literally all they sell besides wings.... like why are you open?
Today the staff of Woonsocket, they’re not organized, making food without gloves. Didn’t have any customers orders ready we all end leaving the store. Please change the staff we don’t want to loose the store because of bad business and customer service. Today is 11/13/2020
Its more of a drive up then drive they..you have to place your order at the window and guess ita okay because they make it fresh to order. I called when I waiting at the window and yea they purposely do not answer the phone. I was calling to check how much longer it would be for my order. They are always low staff which is an issue especially in a Saturday. You either seen very minimal staff inside or they are all outside sayinf they ran out if sauce lol. Geesh! Someone please get new management fast they can do so much better with full staff and better customer service
