Salad was extremely small, and skimpy. $13 for a cup of lettuce, and a sprinkle of walnuts and cranberries. Turkey club I got last time wasn’t cut and was smashed together. Won’t be back anymore
Excellent customer service. Great sub sandwiches, reasonable prices.nWill visit again.
Has above average pizza however their service isn't great at all. I've ordered wings from there 2 times and specified wings with bones and received boneless both times. People answering the phone were pretty rude. (This is a review of the service from around March, NOT from the current service)
I really do not write reviews, pretty sure this is my first one about any restaurant experience. I paid for but also turned down my order without saying why in public as I am really not one to make a scene or draw attention. I’ve worked a lot of retail as well as working as a waiter for 2 years when I was younger and older than the staff today. I’m really empathetic to the environment they’re working in... it’s also warm, hygiene has never been so scrutinized. It’s hard work, pay is unforgiving especially when you account for how rude customers can be. Tonight I ordered ahead of time, showed up to pickup to find 1/4 of the staff not wearing mouth/face coverings. I then noticed two not wearing coverings at all closest to food coming out of the pies coming out of the oven. This is a tough time and it’s a young/stressed staff (I assume). I paid, the polite lady asked why I would not accept and I felt bad to make a scene so I just asked her to donate or save for the staff later (trust me when you’re working in a lower profile job a gift like that is always great) . You guys have a great reputation and I hope to return... but for now I’ll go down the street.
Meatball sub with onion rings. Quickly done and very tasty.
