Broke the door handle on the sliding glass door and needed a new handle and lock. Brent was here quickly and went right to work. He had me take pics of the door and lock before hand so he could make sure he came with the correct door handle and didn't need to run back out to get supplies. I absolutely recommend using Blue Dolphin Locksmith. Thanks for the job well done.

They did great work. More importantly, about two weeks after they changed out all my locks, I lost my key set in the PM one weekday and called them and they were on their way in seconds to drive 30 miles and let me into my home. Fortunately I found my keys so I was able to stop them mid-trip, but nonetheless they were ready to help me out quickly. That's service.

We just moved to the area and needed to re-key our locks. We chose Blue Dolphin because it was close and had good reviews. Brent was very professional. He looked at the doors that needed to be re-keyed and informed us that we had Kwikset locks that could be done ourselves. He not only told us what to do, but he gave us the tool and walked us through the steps to change our locks so we could do it in the future as well. He made us the keys that we requested and only charged for the service call. He saved us over $60 and we are so grateful! I highly recommend Blue Dolphin Locksmith.
