The staff here is awesome and super friendly and they make everyone feel safe. I switched to this gym because of the staff and environment. I’m excited to go to here throughout the week - it’s become something I look forward to instead of being something I dread. It’s also a very spacious gym with very nice equipment!nnThe people who go to the gym are really kind too. Everyone is very encouraging and supportive of each other here. I often see people mingling and giving tips to each other, and I see people of all shapes, sizes and athletic ability trying to improve themselves. It’s an overall amazing environment to be in.
Great staff was able to help me out. Being in the military I move around a lot and they were able to help me set up an account that will work for me. Gym is very clean and had everything i need to get a good workout in.
The Planet Fitness team are always in motion cleaning and helping folks out. Very friendly and accommodating. It is never too crowded and all the members, I've interacted with, are great.
The manager here refused too help me sort out my new membership and their is no one too contact... now after numerous phone calls.. i have too go into this specific location just too fix an error , he refused too do over the phone, on my new membership... how unprofessional? Who is there too contact for the most basic problems? Where's accountability & professionalish? Whose job is whose? How can you trust this establishment? Very disappointed ud83dude1e
I love that everyone at the gym is still welcoming and inviting and able to provide me a safe place to workout in the 'new normal'
