The location of the studio in Franklin was convenient and easy to find, with plenty of parking.nnThe quality of the Pilates sessions are exceptional - I am challenged and I feel Gwen does a great job assessing what is best for my body, The studio is well maintained and I feel welcome and comfortable when I am there.nnI couldn't be happier with my experience and I look forward to my sessions with Gwen each week. She goes above and beyond during every session. Its hard to find people who give so much to what they do everyday but Gwen is certainly one of them.nnI would highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about improving their health and physical stamina by doing Pilates.
