My friend Rich referred me to this gym, and I have to say it definitely lived up to its expectations. Sam was great. Gave me a tour around the place and made my first experience here very welcoming. Excited to start working out here!
NRG is by fare the best gym I have ever worked out at. The atmosphere is positive staff are very professional. I look forward to coming to NRG each day .I can't say enough about the gym. I would recommend it to any person no matter your age. There is enough resources and different things that are offered for all phases and ages.
All the staff at this location are amazing. By far the cleanest gym I've been to. Can't wait to go back.
This gym has everything you need for your workout, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The machines are well kept and clean.
The day I signed up at NRG, they had just moved into a previous gym that had moved out. They were not fully up and running but I stayed and more and more they have made the gym a excellent facility. As they say on social media “1% better each day”. Staff and Management are helpful and friendly, facility is clean. It’s a great place to come. I recommend it to anyone.
