Good gym. Always clean. Plenty of treadmills but only 2 stair masters. ud83dudc4eud83cudffe Kind of on the small side. (Reasoning for the 4 stars) Employees are always friendly. Suggestion.... I’ve visited a few times during covid.... perhaps you guys can take the temperatures of people going into the gym? To be on the safe side. It may be a little more work, but better safe than sorry.

Great gym. Very clean. Amanda and her team do a great job keeping the place clean and providing training guidance. Definitely recommend this gym....

Workers here are very nice. Extremely professional. Dean specifically has reached out and has been extremely helpful and patient with me. Definitely recommend.

To give context, this is the first negative review I've ever written. When I was able to go to the gym, I really enjoyed it and the people were nice. However, given the recent pandemic, they shutdown, and wouldn't allow me to cancel my account during the shutdown as they weren't open and 'paused' my account without charging it. Then, they apparently reopened in July, but never sent any notification to me, and proceeded to charge me for both my monthly fee AND my yearly membership fee (despite not being able to use the gym for a significant part of that year). I called to dispute the charges and request a refund, but they claimed corporate doesn't give any refunds, even considering the current circumstances. When I called corporate, they claimed the disputes can only be settled at the local branches. Regardless of which side is telling the truth (corporate or the Franklin branch), I won't be joining any Planet Fitness gyms in the future.
