I don't think I've ever had an experience where the barista has messed up my order, or if they have they've immediately volunteered to remake it and give me both the drink I ordered and the other one. The staff is always very nice, even when they're obviously very busy. Some of the best customer service I've ever seen.
Starbucks is always on point!!!
Drive up 5 stars. Inside 2 stars. Always out of half the items I want. They were so focused on the drive up as it is a busy location and neglected the inside customers.Mulberry /Christina location always on point and 5 stars all the time.
If I could give a zero I would! I asked for a specific drink when I let them know to make it again with coffee. They literally gave me the same drink again. I showed them a picture because what they gave me is not what I get... and the guy said with eyes wide open uhh well we can't make that and shrugged his shoulders.. so why is the item I ordered on the board?? If you can't make it the way I asked?
Love this place and the fact that they know me by name and give me great customer service each time!
