Patrick was a delight in the drive through. The team actually melted the honey in my iced matcha latte which no other Starbucks ever does, I end up with a chunk of cold honey at the bottom of the cup.nGreat experience and I will go out of my way to come back to this location.nAlso I just really love seeing pronouns on name tags!

While properly socially distanced, ready to drink coffee, and before the Barista Bro could mention it, I noticed he was going to say something about wearing the mask. I told him I could tell he was going to. He looked like the type.nnI'm trying to drink some coffee. We won't be back.

Today Emma was so nice nasty I had already paid for a high cup of milk an told the cashier why I needed it due to the urgency my child had just got massed so Emma stated we gone make it mean while there’s one person waiting an a person is handling her Emma could have poured the cup of milk but instead she grab a cup sat in down walked away an I waited an shortly a whole different person made so sad the customer service was so poor due to these hard And frustrating times wow oh Thanks from ms Black Thelma 03/09/2021

I was here for the free coffee special, it is a decent size store with plenty of parking. It was packed. The ordering line is long, but the staff is very helpful and efficient. The waiting time is 15 minutes but is understandable. I do see the barista got frustrated with the workload, however, the drinks that I got didn't drop the quality.nn11/01 - Update: The service is great every time I am at this location. I got the free drink and I loaded up my drink to the limit. No complaint, no fuss.

Great staff quick service. I actually feel bad for them at times because this particular Starbucks is inside the mall and the lines can get long. They always manage to stay calm under a lot of pressure and get the drinks food made to everyone's liking as quick as they do! Kudos to the staff! Especially for it being inside the mall!
