This morning I ran into the store to pick up my my mobile order. I forgot my mask in the car. I was then “called out” from across the store by an employee who felt the need to mask shame me. He then very rudely made a passive aggressive comment about the door I came in being an exit only.nnThe whole thing was confrontational and rude. Seeing as to how I’ve just had a death in my family, it was the last thing that I needed to deal with this morning over an honest mistake.nnIf this is how your staff are going to be treating customers in the new normal world, I’m done with you, Starbucks. Teach your staff some respect and compassion as you never know what someone is dealing with personally and maybe that coffee they’re grabbing was meant to be a comfort to them in a time of grief.nnI am always kind and understanding to hospitality and retail workers as I know its a tough job. But this, this crossed a line for me today in the wake of my sisters passing I really didn’t appreciate the passive aggressive disrespect and public shaming.

I just had a horrible experience at this location. I ordered a drink on the app and walked in 10 minutes later to find teenagers laughing and taking their masks on and off as well as wiping their bare faces without washing their hands. I wasn’t acknowledged and my drink was not even started yet. 5 more minutes go by and they realize there is a customer in the store so they take their personal conversation to the back room for privacy. They finally return from the back to start making my drink. I was so disgusted by the fact their masks were on and off I wanted to leave but my drink was already paid for. I hope I don’t get COVID from one of these careless teenagers. Shame on you Starbucks.

Our Barista Bella, was soo awesome and even put up with my bad jokes. Definitely recommend this location always clean and friendly service!

The worst drive thru experience, by far the slowest drive thru of any establishment in the area. It’s absurd to wait 10+ minutes for just a coffee, with a line wrapped around the building every morning something seriously needs to be addressed by management here. Was also served half a cup of coffee at the drive thru window one morning and I kindly asked to have more put in my cup as I paid for a full cup to get my moneys worth and I had to argue with the girl at the window just to be given a fair coffee portion. Would avoid at all costs.

I want to say that i love coming to this Starbucks because they provide great customer service and everyone in hear always polite and happy, but i specially want to say that Diego is a very great employee always helpful and he deserve a great review. thank you Diego for your service.
